"Looks decent, honestly"
I mean, overall it seems trustworthy. The site was easy enough to understand and nothing really felt off to me. That said, if I was placing a bigger order, I’d probably still take a minute to check some reviews first, just to be safe.

I bought this from fit-tech.shop, and after only a few uses the strap already cracked. it feels cheaply made, and I don’t think it’s right to sell something that falls apart that quickly. I expected it to last more than two weeks, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

"Works okay, but kind of a letdown"
I ordered from fit-tech.shop it’s not total junk, but it’s definitely not amazing either. It helped a bit, sure, but it took a few weeks before I noticed anything at all. For all the hype, this thing is kind of an average little wannabe. Not terrible, just not something I’d get super excited about

My first impression was that the battery life is impressive. It lasts almost a week for me, which is great, though it’s not completely perfect. Still, based on that initial experience, I’m happy with it overall

Had to send back a pair because they just didn’t fit right. I don’t remember all the steps exactly, but the label came through quickly and the refund showed up without me having to follow up or anything. Overall it was way smoother than I expected.

"Had to keep checking the tracking"
I ordered from fit-tech.shop and the package did show up, so that part was fine. But the tracking was frustrating. It sat on the same update for days, and I kept having to check it over and over just to figure out if anything was happening. Then out of nowhere it switched to out for delivery. The product itself was okay in the end, but the whole tracking situation took more effort than it should have.

The site was easy enough to use, so thankfully I didn’t have to battle my way through it. That said, it wasn’t perfect, and there were a few little moments that made the whole thing feel slightly more dramatic than it needed to be.

I ordered from fit-tech.shop and my item did show up, so that part was fine. But the communication was a bit messy, not sure how to explain it. The emails came slowly and didn’t really make it clear what was happening with shipping. I ended up having to ask twice just to get basic info. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but they definitely could do a better job keeping customers updated.

"Setup was way easier than I expected"
I ordered my watch from fit-tech.shop and expected the app setup to be a little frustrating, but I was pleasantly surprised. It connected to my phone in just a couple of minutes with no random error messages or endless spinning screens.

So far, syncing my steps and sleep has worked well. Every now and then I have to pull down to refresh it, but that’s really the only thing. Overall, I’m happy with how smooth it’s been

"Fair prices and no surprises"
I ordered from fit-tech.shop and the pricing seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I looked at. Not suspiciously cheap or anything, just decent value. The checkout was straightforward too, with no random fees showing up at the last minute. Overall, I’d probably shop there again

Overall, the product was mostly what I expected from the description!! A couple of details felt a little off though, especially around the size and material, so I wish that info had been clearer. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not 100% accurate. Shipping went fine too...

"Finally, a Discount That Didn’t Mess Me Around"
I used a discount code on fit-tech.shop and, i was expecting something to go wrong because that usually seems to happen to me with these kinds of sites. But it actually worked on the first try, with no weird extra steps or surprise charges popping up at checkout. The price stayed the same all the way through payment, and I got the order confirmation right away. It was a simple experience, which is really all I wanted for once. I’d use them again if I found another deal.

I ordered from fit-tech.shop, and ended up having to return the item. The refund did come through eventually, but it took way longer than I expected. I had to message them twice, too, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great.

I ordered from fit-tech.shop and, as far as I can tell, the packaging was solid. The box showed up in good condition and everything inside looked fine, so I’m sure they did a good job keeping it protected.
The only thing I noticed was the amount of tape. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did take me a bit to get it open without accidentally cutting too far into the box. Still, I’d rather deal with that than have something arrive damaged, so I’d probably order again.

"Wish I hadn’t trusted the sizing"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting their sizing guide. I got a medium thinking it would be fine, and it does technically fit, but it’s definitely tighter than I expected. Not the worst, but not really comfortable either
